Great location, very tidy and clean, modern rooms and friendly staff who are only more than happy to chat and provide assistance when required.

Minor inconvenience is the hairdryer provided I couldn’t use in front of a mirror as there is no sockets next to a mirror. The hairdryer was found in the bathroom with a 2 prong plug however did not work in the shaver socket and therefore I had to borrow a UK adapter from reception to use in the sockets within the room. I was asked why I didn’t bring an adapter with me but I’m from the UK so wouldn’t travel with one. Didn’t make sense that the hairdryer was in the bathroom with a 2 prong plug as you would assume it’s meant for use in the bathroom

Очень радовала маленькая кухонька в номере , утюг с гладильной доской.Единственное неудобство, нет места для сушки купальников и полотенец . Мы купили веревку и прищепки, и сами сделали такое место.

The real pro argument is the location. The only one I can think of.

Nervertheless, a lot of contra arguments can be pointed out unfortunately: - the mark on booking is not realistic; the pictures look like the rooms have balcony with table and chairs but in fact they do not have anything in them and they are very small - the Rituals recipients were filled with some cheap shower gel that seemed diluted with water - the window and door are not isolated at all; you can hear the neighbors slamming the doors and a construction site right behind the building was waking you up at 7 AM because of the cranes making noises - when we left the staff did not let us leave our luggage in the hotel, which in my opinion is an exaggeration; the whole breakfast lobby was empty and we were leaving them from noon to afternoon, so nobody would trip over them - the pool is really small and not heated - there was dust in the room and in the bathroom - the rooms are not facing Valetta, as in the pictures; they are facing some building close/behind the hotel - the shower was leaking all over the bathroom floor - in a 4 start hotel I would have expected slippers to be offered Overall disappointed with this experience, since the reality is nothing like the picture painted on booking
