את הכל מלבד חדר השירותים שהיה צפוף הכל היה מושלם . רוצה לציין במיוחד את פקידת הקבלה סו שהייתה מדהימה עם שירות מדהים ואדיב במיוחד. דאגה לכל דבר שרצינו , הזמינה עבורינו שירותים . לא ניתקלתי בשירות כזה מעולם. אחת ויחידה !! המלון מדהים , החדרים ושירותי הניקיון מצויינים , המסעדה שופעת באוכל ושירות מעולה . נחזור לשם בודאות בעתיד.

L'hôtel est très beau avec un bon parking et le personnel est chaleureux

Le petit déjeuner était pas très varié pour le chaud mais très complet pour le reste. La piscine n'est pas chauffée

Really lovely hotel, trying to be 5* but isn’t quite there, restaurant was a bit average. Sevice slow and menu on a qr code (I don’t want to take my phone out to dinner) but staff were super helpful really clean, gorgeous views and taxis readily available to go into tivat
