Piękny widok... na całą zatokę, zachody słońca, lotnisko i baseny

Ogólne nie ogranięcie personelu. Duża ilość gości.. i nieogarnianie personelu powodowało że przy basenach bylo brudno, jeden maly dzieciecy basenik mial okropną , brudną, brązową wodę, parasone połamane, stoliki przy basenie brudne, posadzka przy basenach też brudna. Przy basenie o 11.. personel zaczął kosić trawę.. masakra. Śniadania duże ale średnie. Dojazd wąską uliczką, mieliśmy prawie kolizję z tubylcem.. ale lokalizacja jesli chodzi o wyjazd do kotoru, tivatu czy plavi horizonti świetna.. tylko niebezpieczna..

"Puitteet kunnossa, mutta mikään ei toimi."

Puitteet ihan ok.

Mikään ei oikein toiminut. Kylpyhuoneessa voimakas viemärinhaju. Ei henkilökunnan vika, mutta esim. koko ravintolassa ei ole kuin 1 tarjoilija, yksi ainut menulista jota kierrätettiin eri pöydissä. Oluet lämpimiä, koska niille ei kuulemma ole jääkaappia. Sama viinillä. Sängyssä liian pienen lakanat. Uima-altaalla ei aukioloaikoja. (Allas ravintolan vieressä, jossa illallisen aikana porukkaa uimassa) Hotelli sijaitsee käytännössä keskellä ei mitään. Hotellin oman ”taxin” tulo kestää 20-30 min. tilauksesta.

Tampa do vaso quebrada , água do chuveiro não descia , não tinha máquina de café nem no café da manhã ! Funcionários não tinha uniforme você não sabia se era hóspede ou funcionário . Instalações maravilhosas mais administração familiar demais

"Heerlijk tot rust komen"

Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen en voldoende ligbedden aan het zwembad. Fijne afstand van Kotor, Tivat en Perast. De kamer was erg schoon en prettig. Ontbijt had enorm veel opties. 24/7 receptie was erg fijn.

Er is geen lekkere koffie (instant met heet water uit waterkoker).

Schöne Anlage und Ausblick, zentral für Ausflüge. Vorhandenes Potential wird jedoch nicht genutzt, s.u. Mitarbeiter nett.

Sauberkeit um Pool und Spa mangelhaft (Toiletten). Anlage ungepflegt. Keine Service Mitarbeiter. Reinigung Zimmer mangelhaft bzw. gar nicht, trotz Aufforderung. Gemeldete Reperaturen nicht durchgeführt. Instant Kaffee zum Frühstück. Kein Management und Service.

Eduardo is a valuable asset to the hotel staff! Pool is great , room are excellent, overall pleasant experience, will deffinitely come back and recommend to all. A touch of Bali in gardens - I loved it! The view us amazing, on whole bay!

Sadly, guests from abroad are not so careful with amenities. I just wonder if they do the same at their respected home countries or at home. We had to make sure that we bring in housekeeping to attend the drying horse rack because previous guests demolished it. I understand that hotel cannot pick guests, but I think hotel should have more firm, strick rules when handiling such guests.
