La piscine était vraiment bien grande et clean .

Le petit déjeuner était maigre et médiocre en goût . Personnel n’était pas du tout chaleureux . On a reçu des serviettes déchirés et avec des tâches. Le manque d’équipement aussi de la chambre . On a dû demandé un fer à repasser on en a reçu un qui était cassé et qui était défectueux. Il y a une kitchenette dans l’appartement qui était inutilisable.

Das Bett war bequem. Auch die Aussicht vom Zimmer (2.Stock) war sehr gut. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, da wir nicht im Trubel von Kotor waren sondern ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Somit hatten wir eine ruhige Unterkunft mit Pool und konnten jedoch auch schnell in Kotor, Tivat oder Budva sein.

Die Sauberkeit hat etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Wir hatten Krümel im Kühlschrank, der Wasserkocher war staubig, die Klobrille rutschte und die Fliesen waren dreckig und von Schimmel befallen. Leider gab es zum Frühstück nur Pulvercafe.

Absolutely lovely stay at the Montenegro lodge, was perfectly situated within driving distance to Tivat, Kotor, and Budva. The views over the bay were amazing, and the breakfast was also very nice. The pools were very nice and staff we very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Jacuzzi is only with cold water. Sauna was off all the time, had to turn it on myself and wait, not enough pool towels

If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the perfect place. The light switches make a high-pitched buzzing sound as if there’s an electrical short circuit. The toilet seat was broken, the bathroom is so tiny that you can barely turn around, and the shower cabin is full of dampness and mold. The entire room was filthy, with food stains left behind by previous guests. The TV is mounted in such an awkward position that it’s practically impossible to watch. Soundproofing is completely nonexistent. You will hear every footstep in the hallway, the elevator operating all day and night, and even your neighbors snoring. The hotel is located in an area with virtually no infrastructure nearby. It only offers a very basic breakfast, and if you want lunch or dinner, you’ll have to find it yourself. There are no cafés or restaurants within walking distance. We made the unfortunate mistake of booking four nights. After checking in, we immediately reported all of these issues to the reception on the very first evening. The next morning, the manager, a woman named Maria, came to speak with us. Maria assured us that Booking would refund the unused nights. However, when we contacted Booking, they repeatedly informed us that the hotel was completely ignoring their requests and that no refund could be processed without the hotel’s response. We then contacted Maria directly, and after nearly a month of excuses and false promises, she claimed that the hotel had approved the refund. That, too, turned out to be a lie. The photos on Booking only show carefully selected angles that hide the reality. In person, the property looks completely different. This place is not worth a single euro. The level of dishonesty, poor management, and complete disregard for guests is beyond unacceptable. Stay away from this hotel!

Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la baie de Tivat. Nou avons apprécié également la piscine qui est assez grande et c’est tout.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi, celui ci ne marchait pas. Le personnel n’a rien voulu savoir n’ont proposés aucune solution et la dame a l’accueil était en plus pas sympathique du tout. Le hamam au spa ne fonctionnait pas, le sauna non plus hyper décevant quand on réserve pour un hôtel ET spa ! L’état général chambre et hôtel sont sales et la lunette des toilettes cassée . Les serviettes de toilettes étaient tachée. Des choses non terminées. La salon de jardin sur la terrasse privée cassé pas possible d’en profiter. Le bar à la piscine a une super carte de boisson mais n’en a que 3 de la carte et ne fait pas les cocktails. Les parasols à la piscine sont cassés. Les extérieurs non entretenu. Attention ! Il est en face de l’aéroport !! Vue sur la piste on entend donc les avions arriver et décoller ! Et le trafic aérien a Tivat est très soutenu. Cet hôtel a le potentiel d’être un hôtel haut de gamme mais le fait rien pour l’être. Il est donc très cher pour ce que c’est. Gross déception.
