The location was excellent. It was easy to communicate with the hosts. The place was clean, well-equipped (once I realised the cupboard above the sink was also a draining rack, so everything that appeared to be 'missing' was up there - a little high for me). Great washing machine - very useful in a Maltese heatwave.

Whilst the apartment was airconditioned - in Bedroom 1 and also in the kitchen/living area - there was no air conditioning down the 'other end' of the apartment, so it grew hot at night. We could open the door to the balcony but mostly that was humid air coming in. (And in the morning we had street noise plus a flat next door being demolished - very loud.) The internet was erratic, even right in front of the router, but especially in Bedroom 1. FINALLY - when you leave, you are told to 'just close the door behind you' (excellent) - but remove the key first!

Very clean, great location, quite modern with some thoughtful touches.

Wifi doesn't work in the main bedroom. Bedroom at the front of the house has no air con or any fans and is too hot to sleep in. Communication was fine via booking.com but unclear if it was an Ai generated response or a real person. Would be concerning if there was a genuine issue that needed to be dealt with.

The location was ideal, close to many of the main tourist destinations but in a relatively quiet street. It was also quite spacious with modern fittings.

The bathroom was very small, the WiFi was poor and the second bedroom’s curtains were inadequate.

Great location - easy access.

Nothing to do with the property itself, but the neighbours seems to enjoy having very loud arguments with open doors at odd hours.

The location in the heart of the old city of Valletta was excellent, easy to get to (albeit on a steep street) and provided an excellent base. Located in an old building, there was a sense of magical charm but the apartment itself was excellently refurbished to a clean, elegant and modern standard. The hosts were helpful and everything we needed was there. The wifi was excellent, we felt safe and the street was quiet, even though we were only metres away from the main eateries of Merchant Street.

The appartment is very big and I like that the rooms were far from each other, giving even more privacy for the guests.

There was no plug socket in the toilet, so I could not use the hair dryer there.
