ORSOLA - New 2 BEDROOM Apartment

Location was excellent

It was a little sparse, for example didn’t have bed lights The entrance to the building was dirty

The beds were extremely uncomfortable, we could feel the springs of the mattress. The pillow wasn’t much better, very high and hard. One TV was stuck in the corridor which was furnished as a living room. The only basin in the bathroom was miniature and was impossible to wash 2 hands at a time let alone brush your teeth. No basic condiments in the kitchen: no tea, sugar or salt.

There is no air conditioning and curtains in the second bedroom, which makes it impossible to use in the summer due to the heat, and the lack of privacy/lighting in the morning. The shower pressure is weak.

Acoustics poor with internal and external noise for second bedroom. Newly decorated but more wall hooks for towels, mirrors, coat hangers and suitcase racks would make a tourist stay more comfortable. Only seating for 2 people to watch TV

Terrible customer service, my family of one year old and a toddler waited on the street for hours like a destitute after paying. The owner requested an unplanned £300 payment I had to folk out. The shower is terrible, low pressure . No privacy in one of the rooms, no curtains

Clean, very nice decor and right in the middle of the town.

Great location and apartment, owners were amazing, always checked with us and suggested even which places to visit in Malta(this was really useful) :). Great experience and biggest recommendations from our side 👍
