After easy self checking around 20:30 I found that there was no electricity working in my room. Tried several times to contact somebody from accommodation but no answer to my phone calls or emails. Ended up to stay in the dark room and having shover using my phone light in bathroom. Couldn't charge my phone or use laptop as no WIFI available. No good when you on business trip and relying on accommodations to be able to get ready for meetings, presentations etc. etc. In the morning after my complaint to reception receptionist apologized and managed to get refund through Booking.com Sorry I can not give rating more than 5

The location on the sea is beautiful and I enjoyed the fresh air too much. The are is very calm at night which was also nice for good sleeping. Although the reception desk is usually do not continue to late hours, the owner provided all necessary details to access the room by myself.

The location is not very accessible from the airport so you have to take a taxi (costs about 70 euros) or you need to rent a car. So if you want to enjoy the sea view it worth it but if you prefer the busy city center, it would be a bit far.

The location of this place was kind of far from the hustle and bustle of Rome, but we planned it out that way as this was the final leg of our trip and we were using this time to relax and prepare ourselves for our trip home. I loved that we were right by the beach. I really enjoyed that we had a washer in our unit as we were able wash laundry before going home. It was also a plus that the apartment had a full kitchen as we were able to cook "at home" and also reheat food that we came home with. I love how clean and quiet the apartment was. Everything from walking in the gate was clean new looking! I also love how if we had any questions we could send a message and get a response within minutes.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like about this place. It was amazing! While we enjoyed the distance, we still ventured out to Rome. Man! It was a journey! We had to get a Cotral bus ticket at a shop, catch the bus on Viale Danimarca #f12451, take it all the way to the last stop, which is the Metro station (Laurentina), get a metro ticket/pass and ride it on into your destination in Rome. The hardest part was learning that AND that some places aren't opened on Sunday to purchase tickets. Also, I felt like, with it being a small, seaside town, there wasn't much opened after a certain time. But it just meant that if we were out and about we had to be prepared to bring food and other items home with us.

Newly built, clean apartments, close to the beach. The host shared all the information with us on time. A very good choice for the price! Rome's outer metro station approx. 40-50 minutes by car from the apartment.

Those who are not traveling for the beach will not be disappointed, but for those who want to swin and spend some time on the beach, I would recommend an accommodation further south. Otherwise, I can't say anything negative about the accommodation.

Our apartment was modern, clean and it had all the facilities and comforts we needed. Great view overlooking the beach and on top of that a lovely cocktail beach club adjacent to us.

The apartment is spacious, nice for two or three.

There were no utensils in the room. No kettle, no iron…

Room is new and big enough.

Nobody at reception after 1pm. Dust from construction everywhere. No people how can help you inside. It took me 30 minutes to find a key for the room and out of 4 keys only 2 actually working. I could not get to the protected parking coz nobody provided the code for the gates. Most strange place I’ve ever stayed in Italy.

The room was very clean, the staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was close to the beach. Air conditioning is a big advantage.

The room without a kitchen lacked at least a kettle and 2 glasses, as well as a shelf for things in the bathroom.
