Residence Torvaianica

I was not expecting such a polished apartment and residence in general. The size of the flat itself was generous and all appliances were brand new and in perfect working order. My stay in the apartment was spot-on perfect. Mine was also a working stay, and I could work on my laptop very comfortably using the fast Wi-Fi provided. Beautiful roof terrace. Silvia at reception went above and beyond with her hospitality and helpfulness. I can't want to come back, perhaps in higher season.

Because I arrived after the seaside establishment's closure (the Residence is open all year long), I couldn't use the in-house swimming pool/lido/chairs/cabin, cafe, or cocktail bar facilities. Thankfully the nearby establishment (La Spiaggetta di Mario) provided deck chairs, umbrella and a lovely restaurant/cafe for my stay at the beach. Moreover, to compensate for the absence of a cabin, Silvia offered the use of a staff room to get changed after check-out and my last day at the beach.

Nice lokality and parking included was a really great addition. The beach was near and the bar was under the hotel.

Some furniture could be better.

This residence does not have breakfast. Unfortunately not even a small kettle in the kitchenet. Okay! you can boils water in a pot. Rooms were clean. You are close to the beach and to the town and eating places. Also to the Zoo Marine.

I have stayed at another place in Torvaianica and can compare. At Residence S G. they did not even provide a bottle of water in the room. In hot Summers it would be good. There were no bedside lights by the double bed. We had to ask for extra toilet paper.... delivered promptly. The photos they advertise are a bribe. The pool and pool area and beach umbrellas etc. do not belong to the Residence. You have to pay up to €30 at the pool ares entrance, for an umbrella and two chairs at the pool area. Beach is cheaper. The staff in this area belonging to Sky Garden Beach were not friendly and complained at the slightest thing they thought you may do wrong, like not washing your feet by the beach tap and using the pool shower. We did not know there was a tap behind the wall. We were three and I slept on the uncomfortable couch bed. the room looked over the park area.... beautiful views, but there were different loud events every night at the pool bar. Windows were soundproof but the curtains were not 100% light proof. The small apartment was spacious but because you have no extras, its expensive in comparison to other places.

Everything was as we planned it. Very close to the beach which was a priority for us! we will definitely be back!

Fantastic rooms with a washing machine, a true suite with “seperate” bedroom… brand new , EXCELKENT LG AIR CONDITIONERS…full kitchens with big fridge. Fabio the owner was so kind and personally brought me to the private parking behind a security fence, and Silvia the manager was so helpful and kind… A GREAT HOTEL RIGHT IN THE BEACH!

Slight smell in entrance lobby, perhaps caused by flooding or something. The smell was nowhere else in hotel as hotel is brand new.

Everything..it was SUPER!
