ALVA Apartments Hallveigarstigur

There were 3 locks to enter our apartment. We felt very safe inside and the neighborhood was also safe. Places to eat were close and easy walk. Plus just a few blocks to airport drop off and also to get to the hop on hop off bus stop. No views but it was still a nice place.

This is so neat and worth the price

The location was amazing! We were literally a ten minute walk from anything we wanted to do in the city. The only downside was the stocking of the grocery store next door. Every morning there was the rattle of pallet jacks and some kind of trash compactor Despite that we would definitely stay there again. We had such a good time during our visit.

The apartment was good. The "shower glass" could have been more clean. The kitchen has everything you need except a dish soap. Using the sofa as a bed for 2 people is okay for one night. Would recommend the apartments.

Mennessämme jouduimme erikseen pyytämään sisäänkirjautumisohjeita, joita ei koskaan tullut sähköpostiin. Puhelimitse saimme kuitenkin ystävälliset ja toimivat ohjeet ja sähköpostikin tuli soiton jälkeen. Huoneisto oli yleisilmeeltään siisti ja vastasi Mainoskuvia. Muuten siisteys oli ihan ok, mutta sängyn pääty oli erittäin pölyinen. Huoneistosta oli upeat näkymät Reykjavikin satama-alueelle ja merelle asti. Ainoa kodinkone, jota olisi kaivannut oli mikrouuni, jota ei asunnossa ollut.

Great stay at this apartment. Easy check-in. The kitchen was nice but could have had a few more cooking cutlery and utensils. The apartment was incredibly hot even with the patio door open. The front door lock to the unit didn’t work right from checkin (it was just unlocked and the lock seemed broken) but it was private enough of an entrance and we weren’t concerned

Great location. Very clean and updated. Loved the stay - would stay again and again

There was no key when we arrived and the operator kept telling me he'd call us back but never did. The fridge smelled like rotting meat. Water in the hot tub looked like it hadn't been changed in years. Pretty disappointing for such an expensive stay.
