Horrible horrible accommodation !!! As soon as we walking it a very strong smell of cigarettes in the appartement. The appartement was cold especially the bathroom. There was only one heater in the bedroom; no heater in the living area and especially no heater in bathroom which makes it almost impossible to shower. The cleaning was below average as I found cigarettes butts behind the furniture. In the bathroom water was leaking from the toilet which would get your feet wet everytime you would use it. Also it was mentioned that they have sound proof walls but we could not sleep because as soon as our upstairs neighbors come in we could hear every foot step. I would 100% not recommend.

Posizione molto comoda, con supermercato e ristoranti a due passi. Appartamento comodo ed accessoriato.

Sicuramente molto utilizzato dai turisti, quindi una rinfrescata e qualche miglioramento potrebbe portarlo ad essere eccellente. La scala molto ripida potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha problemi motori.

Дуже легка та зрозуміла інструкція для заселення. Зручне розташування, все дуже близько. Зручне ліжко, після важкої дороги ми гарно відпочили. Просторі апартаменти, багато місця, багато світла, тепло, багато місця для зберігання ваших речей. Дякуємо господарю за каву та чай, це було дуже приємно. Декоративні елементи вдало підібрані та надають окремого затишку.

Відсутність мікрохвильовки, сковорідка в жахливому стані, на ній неможливо смажити. Деко в духовці було змащене жиром, тобто не чисте. У вбиральні було 2 пусті освіжувачі повітря, пусті контейнери для мила. Ми мали свої засоби, але це виглядало якось неохайно, що там залишили пусті контейнери.

Room was okay, close to main sightseeing places, supermarket, famous hot dog shop, etc. Staff, who is very kind, seems to live in the same building, which helped to resolve some trouble we experienced.

There was a double booking, unfortunately. Someone was in the apartment when we checked in. Both sides contacted the apartment staff. The person I spoke to didn't understand the situation and she thought we were in the different place, even after I explained we entrance code and room key code matched... It was not helpful. The other side also contacted their agent and it was confirmed there was a double booking. We were told to stay in this room and need to wait for them to leave. Another staff, who lives in the same building, kindly tried her best to clean up as quickly as possible, but we lost some time.

The host give us a bigger room without extra cost because the original room which we booked was under renovation.

Can't imagine the room was on 4th floor that needs to climb up the narrow stairs with large luggage.
