The view and the cleanliness of bedding. Breakfast and staff — when available and present — were lovely. But this was not why we were here.

Selected for the location, view, and the opportunity to be immersed in an agricultural setting on Gozo (hence “agro” in the name), this location was sure to please. What could go wrong? Let me tell you. - hosts/owners are non-existent. I had to open the doors to the vacant reception room and dig around in a pile of pamphlets to find the business card to the owners, to get in touch with them - the bar/restaurant on site was closed 2/3 nights of our stay (dark doors by 7:30/8 pm). This was our major disappointment given this is an agro tourism (agricultural tourism) resort. The one night we did eat there left us yearning for more, but this was Valentines day, so a special event. The owners were not there and their self-proclaimed associate from another table had to help host us -- embarrassing! - room’s set-up was such that the architectural rockwall inside was fully permeable to sound and scent, such that nothing in the toilet could be contained. I won't say more, except don't come here if you want privacy in the bathroom. - even the shortest shower left the room damp and moist, evident by the mildew scent upon re-entry. With better management, hosting, and accessible restaurant/bar experience, this stay would have easily met our valentines holiday expectations. What a shame!

The quiet surroundings, the nature view, truly beautiful. The furniture made of good quality solid wood. The restaurant dinner & breakfast was very good too.
