The restaurant was only opened for nights 2 and 3 of our stay because we had complained to the owner on day 1 when it wasn’t open. The booking.com listing needs to state accurately when it will be open / closed as currently the listing is misleading.

Rooms are done nicely and comfortable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing . Good breakfast.

One small glitch. Checkout at the reception took very long as there was no one, and when finally we reached one of the staff I was presanted with a bill again for the stay which was already payed before arrival and showed him all documents however after a while he called someone in accounts to double check and took again forever. He apologized for the inconvenience caused. However, it was a bit frustrating.

Our recent stay at this hotel started off with a small hiccup — there was a mix-up with our room upon arrival. While it wasn’t ideal after a day of travel, the way the staff handled the situation truly made the difference. They were calm, courteous, and quick to resolve the issue, and as a gesture of goodwill, they offered us complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay. It was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Once settled, our stay was smooth and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast we received each morning was fresh, varied, and a great start to the day. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is what sets a hotel apart — and in this case, the team really went above and beyond to ensure we still had a positive experience. We’d gladly return and recommend this hotel to others looking for attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Quiet peaceful location. Clean and cute room. We don’t need to bother telling them for check in and check out and it’s very smooth.

Mini bar issues and their response. They don’t put complemental water and when we pointed out after we checked out, their response is “those were upon arrival” but no water was in the room. Then after we checked out and told them that we didn’t take anything from the mini bar, they told us we drank one soda in a mini bar and we didn’t pay, which we didn’t drink. The fact that we bought at supermarket and just put it in the bin in our room. I guess maid checked our trash and reported to the owner. We are not happy that someone checked our trash for privacy, so I told them about it, but no response coming back - just ignored.

Absolutely loved our stay! We actually upgraded to a room with jacuzzi and stayed for 6 nights. Spotless and spacious room, warm and professional staff, and a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The pool and beautiful landscape were amazing, and the outdoor private jacuzzi with heated water was the highlight of our trip. Breakfast with fresh local produce was excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations – highly recommended! Diane & Alison
