Buubble Hotel-Ölvisholt

It is very unique experience. Out in the woods, isolated from the other units. However, the facility is relatively close to town so it is convenient to acquire supplies as needed.

What a unique property and experience! The property was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

One of those things you just have to try for yourself. It was dream in a dream. Friendly and easygoing staff. Already looking into going there again.

This place is amazing. So beautiful and easy to navigate!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming when we checked in. Room is clean and separated so privacy is valued.

We had a wonderful experience at the Bubble Hotel. Camilla and Andres were so welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately we had bad weather and didn’t see the Northern Lights, but nonetheless the experience was so peaceful and nice. Camilla provided us with cups and things we needed for a picnic we packed, and made sure we were comfortable in our bubble. The common facilities were clean and warm. We definitely want to come back!

The overall experience was definitely a must do when in Iceland. I highly recommend no more than a 1 night stay. It was a bit of a troop to get to our bubble in the winter experience. The bubble was warm with heated blankets and everything was clean upon our arrival. The only downside is they need to maintain the stairs and passage way cleaned so the walk to and from the room is easier and safe at night.

It was a very cool experience. Feels like being outside without the bugs and the cold.The bubble has no locks, it is just a couple of zippers so you can't leave anything there over the course of the day. Also, the zippers were stuck upon arrival and it was a little sketchy trying to force them open without feeling like I was going to break something. I was happy with the experience overall.

We had a fantastic night in the bubble hotel as we were lucky enough to withness the northern lights!!!! The bubble is very romantic and was a perfect end to an amazing holiday. Very secluded and only way other guest would see in is if they purposesly walked up our path. The shower facilities are down at the bottom hill where you park your car. But they have 2 toilets a few minutes walk from the bubble. Make sure you take a light with you. Pack a little bag to take the bubble for the night as once youre in the room you wont want to leave. We took a picnic. The beds are heated which was nice. But outside the bed it can be a bit cold. It is very peaceful and on a good night can see the stars. You can check in early if you resuest it.
