Masseria Gorgognolo

Gorgognolo is an incredible Masseria. It’s recently renovated and has everything that you need. The friendly staff, lead by Georgia, make the stay all the more enjoyable.

Georgia and the team were wonderful!! Breakfast and dinner meals were delicious and the setting is fabulous.

We spent seven days at Masseria Gorgognolo, and the experience was exceptional. From the facilities to the service, everything was wonderful. The highlight was the large pool, easily accessible from every room. It was clean, inviting, and a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Puglia. The dining room was quaint, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and several lunches there. The food was always fresh and perfectly prepared. The rooms were spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with especially cozy beds. The air conditioning worked well on hot summer days, and the living spaces were well divided. What impressed us most, however, was the outstanding service. The staff was always ready and willing to assist with anything we needed. This family-run establishment provided an unforgettable experience. Giorgia and Lucia were perfect hosts, friendly and helpful, always offering tips to enhance our Puglia adventure. This was an experience we will not only remember but hope to relive in the near future. The stay and service at Masseria Gorgognolo were truly exceptional.

Very big and tastefully decorated rooms, very clean. Personal welcome, and like a private, tranquile oasis. Peaceful place, almost like staying at the owners’ home. You can feel that they care about their place.

We thought it was expensive vs other comparable stays in the area. The pool area feels a little “dated”. The main point is we felt it was expensive for what it was, and we had expected a bit more at that price.

Perfect place to base yourself to explore this part of Puglia. Characterful rooms, basic but characterful andwith great quality bedding, towlelling and attention to detail. Staff were wonderful, local fresh produce used for meals, very relaxing after a hard days sightseeing. Short walk to a small quiet beach.

Great and peaceful location, small hotel so not busy and lovely staff. Room was lovely and clean.

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful masseria. The owners are lovely and very kind and our room was perfect. The masseria is completely renovated with a large relaxing swimming pool. When you go there, enjoy all the delicious food Lucia makes. And do the pizza workshop, we had a lot of fun and ate delicious pizza. We hope to come back some time.

Peace and quiet in the Ostuni countryside, by the sea. Architectural hints of 19th century glory. Creative dinners of local products or a 15-minute drive to the hilltop town of Ostuni where there’s a selection of restaurants. An array of delicious breakfast choices. Charming Giorgia is the spokesperson for a friendly and efficient staff and she will recommend Ostuni restaurants and make reservations for you. A large pool in a gigantic courtyard is available in the warm months. LIKED: Just about everything. A dramatic seascape is a pleasant 10-minute walk away.
