Wonderful - newly renovated Masseria - the family made a really great place - super freindly, great food , amazing locaiton and everything perfect

I was really looking forward to staying at a Masseria when in Puglia and this Masseria was exactly as I could wish for. I very much enjoyed the beautiful architecture, the design of the rooms and the facility in general. Everything was chosen with much care and is very detail oriented. It was a really calming and relaxing experience just to enjoy the pool area, where you can also just stay all day long and enjoy the facility itself. It’s a family owned Masseria and they have just opened in late summer this year and they have built a beautiful place. The breakfast was very good as well. All in all, a great experience and stay, that I can recommend without any hesitation.

From the moment you arrive at Masseria Gorgognolo you’ll be immersed in a heavenly dimension. The atmosphere is sublime and relaxing. The architecture is typical from the region and absolutely stunning, the rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool area is very peaceful. Service is impeccable, the family that runs the place is adorable and they put love and passion in everything they do. They kindly accommodate all requests and go the extra mile to make their guests feel at home. The food is homemade and delicious. Lucia is a phenomenal chef, she uses only the freshest products and cooks them following her grandmother’s recipes. If you want to treat yourself book a massage, the treatment is regenerating. The Masseria is perfectly positioned: very close to the most famous villages and beaches. I travel a lot and I sincerely recommend this destination. This structure is a gem surrounded by nature and managed by the kindest people. It will give you peace of mind and surely you will want to come back.

Masseria Gorgognolo is an amazing hotel - I loved the access to the pool and the picturesque surroundings. Masseria Gorgognolo is set back off the beaten track, surrounded by beautiful vegetation typical of Puglia. The property doesn't wrestle with its surroundings, it simply co-habits in harmony, and as the location is on the coast this just adds to the amazingness of the location. The staff were amazing, a special shout out to Lucia and her burning coffee;). I can't wait to return, and urge peeps to try this location. If you are looking to escape the craziness of life and settle in a calm environment for a few days look no further than the Masseria Gogognolo.

This is NOT a criticism of the location or service in ANY way. I'd like to suggest that maybe a few more lights are needed around the parking lot and walk to the pool. Puglia is VERY dark at night.

Our stay was a pure pleasure and we did not want to leave. We felt taken care of from the moment we arrived, thanks to the great hospitality and helpfulness of everyone. Giorgia was very patient, answering all our questions, giving us recommendations on what to do and where to eat. It is impossible to list the best thing about this stay, because everything was amazing. From the great room, to the delicious breakfast full of local products and freshly baked cakes and pastries from Lucia's hands, to the idyllic surroundings, allowing you to relax and forget all your worries. In addition, the mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep. :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Masseurs Gorgognolo. It’s a great base to explore Puglia, just 15 minutes by car to plenty of restaurants in Ostuni. The highlight was certainly the breakfast and the lovely hosts at this property. the masseria has recently been renovated and our room was very spacious and beautiful. big plus it remained quite cool so that airco was not needed even if it’s 30 degrees outside. the pool was clean and super refreshing.
