Very nice place in the middle of the hills. Quite location and concept with available foods and drinks + small kitchen that allow to have own Breakfast and eventually diner. Angelo was very good advises for hiking and discovering the area.

EVERYTHING!! The host, the service, the location, the free parking places, the rooms, the fantastic breakfast, the cleanliness, the environment, everything! The accommodation is in a wonderful location and the host is the best we have ever met! He is extremely friendly, helpful and very hospitable, you can tell he enjoys the hospitality as part of his life! I warmly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in a wonderful place with a wonderful host.

Nice and clean

Myself, my husband and my mum stayed in the triple room for four nights. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very comfortable and very friendly! We did some beautiful walks around the area. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We can't wait to come back!

Loved all the animals on the property, the horses being led outside was my favorite part to watch each morning. The hosts were also really amazing and accommodating, they even made reservations for us since we didn’t speak much Italian.

We were in love with this place from the minute we arrived. Angelo and Alessandra went above and beyond and granted our every wish. Thank you so much! :) Everything was incredible about our stay. The entire place are beautifully arranged down to every detail. The room is not just cozy, but also decorated with character. The fridge is well stocked and regularly refilled, so we had lavish breakfast in the room every day. There are even ingredients for making pasta. On Angelo's recommendation, we visited Trattoria Al Botteghino, which turned out to be one of the best dining experiences during our trip. We enjoyed being surrounded by the animals (only wish we could have befriended the cats and kittens, too). As a horse lover, I was especially happy about the horse-themed furnishings and the riding lessons.

Angelo and Alessandra were the friendliest people we have met in Italy so far. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I would return just to see these 2 people again. They were fantastic!

Is a very nice location near Bologna with very nice people, very clean and good food at the restaurant. For sure we will be back.
