Our room was very clean, comfortable & beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was extremely well stocked including a basket filled with pastries. The refrigerator was full of many good things including milk, cheese, eggs, juices, butter,ham & many other items. We really loved the welcoming bottle of wine! All our needs were well taken care of. We enjoyed being near the horses & enjoyed watching them. The whole property is so beautiful & enjoyable & we highly recommend it.

Angelo and Alessandra were exceptional hosts. The room was very large and in great condition. The refrigerator was fully stocked and the property was beautiful. They were very warm and welcoming hosts

"Peaceful and calm ranch"

Slightly remote and peaceful location. Quiet place. Horses and birds. Lots of food and drink to enjoy. Air in the rooms wasn't too fresh when we came. Once we opened the windows, it was great.

Warm welcome for our dog - most important for us. The room was comfortable with all the facilities for cooking, including microwave and big refrigerator. Plenty of choice for breakfast which was in the room. Welcome with panettone and a bottle of wine.

Everything Ok. Maybe a room little small for three people and a dog.

"We were there for a wedding that was taking place nearby."

The property is in a wooded setting about 30 minutes outside Bologna. It is a quiet, pleasant agriturismo. The owner boards horses and we enjoyed watching the horses train. The owners are wonderful--- as are all the staff we met. Our room had a full kitchen and we were treated to a FULL refrigerator. The restaurant was excellent and the country setting offered cooler evenings. Could not recommend it more highly.
