SEI had a lovely stay at Jolenes Ashwem, clean, spacious and calm, close to the beach and friendly and helpful staff that instantly replied to your questions and came to help when you needed. Looking forward to continue my stay when going back to Goa in a few days, but this time at Jolene´s in Mandrem. I highly recommend Jolenes Ashwem!
GBVery spacious room. Very clean. Excellent value. Nice to have a balcony to sit outside. Room had a large fridge, kettle and induction hob. A minimarket is a couple of minutes walk away. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. A wide range of eateries near by, from street stalls to more fancy restaurants. All in all, excellent value. An airy and roomy base to enjoy the beach and surrounding Goan vibe.
INIt’s a very cute and clean property. The room was the cleanest I've been in. And the best location.
AUI was completely impressed with their communication and professionalism. Right from the onset of the booking communication was clear and very responsive. Instructions on how to get there were very clear through videos. Any issues I had were addressed right away. The place was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable. The neighbours are very friendly. INI love everything about this place. After careful consideration, I booked this property, and I'm so glad I did! My stay was truly amazing. The property's location is perfect - just a stone's throw from Ashvem Beach, with its charming chapel. Conveniently, there's a grocery store right across the street and a quaint cafe nearby. The caretakers were incredibly helpful, and the property itself is an absolute delight. The private room comes with a adorable kitchenette, a cozy seating area, and a lovely balcony. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing beach getaway with a private kitchenette and a charming atmosphere.

As per pictures top room's balcony had a sea facing view which was totally missing. Construction within the property was too much disturbing. Should also have TV facility and more access to balcony

Need better picture and routing for the rooms , need to mention the rooms are at the back of the property , need the guy to clean the dustbin , no proper water heating facility
