Zenao Appart’hôtels Le Raincy

The hotel is located in a safe area and has good access to public transport. Many nice and beautiful coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly. We will come back again!

My stay at the Zenao Appart’hotels Le Raincy, was a pleasurable time, it felt safe and the employees were kind and helpful. I had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to my friends..

A really spacious and modern appartment in a residential area, sharing common spaces with a seniors home. The price we paid was great and we didnt mind the longer train ride into Paris. There weren't a lot of amenities though - the kitchen only had breadknives and no cutting board, no laundry, and the gym was only accessible to the senior residents.

Communication flou de l’hôte! Il s’agit d’une résidence senior. De ce que nous avons compris, l’établissement est ouvert de 8h à 19h. Passé cet horaire vous êtes facturé 43€ pour une arrivée tardive. Pour les voyageurs prière éviter cet endroit car c’est une vrai arnaque. De plus la chambre donnée était sale avec des serviettes usées, lit défait que nous avons refusé. Pas de papier toilette. Vraiment je ne vous recommande pas.

Very noisy around the area but not designed for a family of four. Definitely a couples place

Clean and spacious apartment in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood in Le Raincy. Make sure you get there before 7pm for check in.

Senior housing center posing as a hotel/holiday rental. Did not have the equipment to accept payments via international credit cards even though they’re listed on Expedia, where anyone in the world might book a reservation. Staff barely spoke English so you’ll struggle if you don’t speak any French. Not recommended for non-local visitors.

Very spacious and clean! It’s excellent!

Il est situé dans un lieu calme et sécurisé. Il y a énormément de commerces autour si jamais vous avez besoin de faire une petite course. De plus le logement était très propre et le personnel très accueillant.
