Zenao Appart’hôtels Le Raincy

We feel lucky for finding this nice place in Paris. It’s away from the central Paris about only 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. Nice bakeries around the area and a big supermarket is 20 minutes walking distance. Rooms are big and it has a nice kitchen. People are super friendly and helpful, especially the young gentleman at the front desk. Beds are very comfortable, high quality bedding materials. Feel safe walking down the street after dark since it’s in a safe residential area. The price of the room is super low compare to those in central Paris. It’s more like a comfy apartment to us. Will come back again!

Really cute, really safe little hotel attached to an old-folks home. Perfect distance away from Paris that it's not overwhelming and actually incredibly calm and pleasant. Bakery right across the street was absolutely amazing! Fresh breakfast every morning! Parking isn't easy though so either prepare to take the metro a lot or rent a small car.

The area around the hotel in Le Raincy is very nice. There are arange of high quality boutique and artisan shops. There are nice bars and restaurants that have takeaway close to the property. I was there with my daughter and we felt very safe in the area. The RER is a short walk down the road and from there access to the Paris Metro via Le Gare Du Nord Magenta. Be careful with late night arrivals at CDG airport, as the RER maybe closed, so a taxi for about 30E may be needed. The property was clean and the staff friendly and approachable. It is a senior's home, but has the feel of a hotel. Facillities are modern.

L'acceuil comme le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, je pense que j'y passerai prochainement si je suis à nouveau sur Paris.

It is a very comfortable accommodation when you are in paris

Apartments are nice and clean, pretty much brand new, great value for your money, the building is a seniors apartment and they have a part of the building they rent it out to tourists. Grocery store is just a minute walk as well as the butcher, fruits and vegetables, gelatos French style. Train station is 10 mins walk and put you right at Paris city centre in 25 minutes. Just one staff member speaks English ( lady was pregnant) the other ones use voice translator, I think customer service can improve if they want to.

Friendly staff quiet location

Very cool hotel. Clean, comfortable. Convenient, comfortable. I liked absolutely everything. And the kitchen in the room generally delivered a lot of pleasure because it was possible to save a lot on food.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable.. Grocery shops and railway station was on walking distance. Many restaurants within 1 mile distance. The only drawback was check-in timing which was between 4pm to 8 pm. We reached there 8:30 pm and they charged €40 extra for late check in after waiting half hour outside the property. Besides that everything was perfect. They should extend their check in timings as travellers form foreign countries need more time to understand the system and language so get on property before 8pm is very difficult.
