Lennnox abode by Cozy has now been my favorite place to lodge when am in Ghana.This is my second time patronizing their service and I must say is exceptional.Cleanliness is everything,daily housekeeping is a top notch.They always check in to make sure everything is in order.I will most definitely recommend Lennox Abode by Cozy to all.
USNot enough towels. Poor quality of towels. No wash rags. Poor shower drainage. There is no soap holder in the shower.
The biggest perk is the location of the property. Just a little wear and tear which I think can be addressed by the property owners like the bathroom sink tap which was wobly and the ironing board which can easily be replaced. Overall it is a decent apartment.
I like my stay here it was quiet and close to everything I wanted to do. Access to building is with facial recognition, so very convenient for those late nights/early mornings. Host was text away, cleaning of the space is daily. Overall good stay.
The room met our needs and was satisfactory overall. However, we were very dissatisfied with the communication and support when our room passcode expired at midnight. No staff were available on the property to assist, and it took about 7 hours—from 4 AM to 11 AM—for the issue to be resolved. During this time, we had to sleep in the hallway, lobby, and eventually a room on the 3rd floor. Additionally, the lack of WiFi access outside the rooms was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the room itself was fine.
I booked the location for my stay in Accra on the 26th Dec however I did not stay at the hotel as I could not check in. I made numerous attempts to contact the hotel after my booking via phone and by email with no response. I reached out to inform them i would be arriving by midnight due to the arrival time of my flight to Ghana. Upon arrival there was no one available to help me check in. I ended up going to stay at the airport Hotel and unable to get a refund for this booking. My review is solely based on the inexistence of communication from this location...

First day I was checked in at different room not what I booked for. I forcefully voiced out that I didn’t booked this room they checked me in to. I was told they have given away all the rooms so I had to wait till the next day to be transferred to another room. I got sick and my girlfriend also got sick with terrible cold because no ventilation there. And the AC is terrible and the room is really tight.
My.door was broken along with other thing's and when the key broke in the door I had to pat even though the "fixing" of the door did not solve the problem.
This is one of the best placed to stay in Accra, especially if you are not fond of hotels. It is clean and the people are so nice and the Elm Restaurant is pretty amazing and handy in the building. The rooftop pool is an amazing feature to chill out.
