I stayed at the Lennox for two weeks and I really enjoyed it My agent Charles was always available to solve any issues The price is a bit on the high side but the place is worth every penny I will definitely be back Thanks to the cleaners, the receptionist ladies and the lovey security guys at the door You are all amazing

DENot easy, since the Apartments are not handled by The Lennox directly but an agent, however, the agent does not communicate in advance and inform about the key procedure. My colleague had to wait for over an hour for the agent to arrive.
The agent/host refused to issue an invoice, which is essential for business travel and caused a lot of trouble for me to account for the trip. They incorrectly claimed that invoices for bookings made through Booking.com are issued by Booking.com, which is not true (as Booking.com confirmed). Additionally, no payment information was provided in advance. While Booking.com states that payment is to be made at the property, the host expected cash payment, which should have been communicated beforehand and caused quite a bit of untented trouble, also since the agent didn't show up on time for collecting the money, which caused another disturbance to my business trip. Also, the apartment was not particularly clean, and the agent forgot to pay the electricity bill, causing the lights and AC to go out one day, which took a while to resolve. Lastly, while The Lennox is a beautiful property with many amenities, many of them are not functional (e.g. fingerprint access to gym and pool).
This property is owned by various agents so when you book you need to call the property to get your contact agent or else things can get funny and crazy.
