I liked that the host accepts dollar card for we that are foreigners

I didn't like that i had to move to another place because when i told the host that i wanted to extend, she said that there were rooms available then 3hours later she said they were fully booked and she didn't to inform me.

The Restaurant

After offering a 5% discount if I extend the stay (which I did by one day), they made the price 5% more expensive. When I asked why they merely said it is supply and demand. It was actually only keeping the room till 5 on checkout day - they charged more per day for the day than the other nights. Not enough toilet paper or even a bath mat.

It was very comfortable and close to the mall.

There was no lunch inclusive of the booking.

Nothing really

Internet was not working properly. Housekeeping did not come every day as it was supposed to. The bed was left undone. I could not get clean towels for days. I asked for a safe and a small pot and even though I was told every day for 5 days that somebody would bring them nothing happened. One of the worst services I have ever had. Would never recommend this place. Calling it ‘Luxury’ is an offence to the customers

I like the proximity to the airport, and it was in a safe location.

We did the face screening but the camera would never recognize my face. Also, it was unclear what the check out instructions were. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable.
