During our stay, my child was injured when a glass tabletop broke inside the apartment. The initial response from management was unprofessional and accusatory, despite the fact that the glass was not properly secured to the table stand and could have injured anyone. The apartment was also not cleaned thoroughly afterward, and large pieces of glass remained inside for several days. After a couple of days, upper management provided a more appropriate response and acknowledged the oversight. However, by that point, the damage had already been done, and we would not stay at this property again. We did appreciate the appliances and dishware provided in the apartment, the comfortable beds, and the helpfulness of the non-managerial staff. It is frightening to think about how this situation was initially handled. Although my daughter is now doing better, a more professional and compassionate response from management could have changed the remainder of our stay and our willingness to return. disappointing. Staff’s response was poor—I was asked to clean up the broken glass myself, and some glass remained in the apartment for days despite repeated reports, creating an ongoing safety risk. The apartment was not childproof, but the larger issue was the unsafe condition and delayed response. The follow-up was also unprofessional. A manager laughed during discussions, insisted we pay for the broken glass, and showed little concern until upper management became involved. We also experienced cleanliness issues, reservation confusion, and slow responses to requests. The location is noisy and near a club, making it less suitable for families. The property is modern, has hot water, security, and convenient nearby amenities. However, the safety concerns, poor incident handling, cleanliness issues, and inconsistent service outweigh those positives. I would not stay here again.
