All was not wel first day my room that i requested was not ready until the second day i was in a small room like a broom closet. The second day i had a living room dinner room and a bed room which was what i order. Overall it was ok

Great time and good amenities. You have 24 hour store on site and 24 hour pharmacy. Decent security, I just wish they would call you to ask if you are expecting a guess first before letting them through. But overall safety is a 3.5 out of 5 due to them needing access to the elevator with the elevator key 🔑 only the guest recieve. I enjoyed my stay and my property company kozy ghana was very accomadating and readily available. Thanks

It was. A last minute thing my flight was overbooked..customer service was very good It was ok didn’t like the area it was in.. don’t bring a lot of luggage the entrance of the hotel is long.. the place is big.. the host does not help you carry luggage from your car to the room.. you have to do it yourself

They lied that they have shuttle from airport when I got there they said they dont they just put it online. The staff are unprofessional. At some point my room door was left unlocked after room service. I called the front desk and they said they forgot to lock it apologized. I told them it was unacceptable. Hopefully this review help them to improve.

I like how smooth the check in and out process went. The facility was great and clean.

All in all, it was very good stay for me

Loved the property. Very safe and close to mall/airport. Will be staying again when I come back! Host had great communication and was very helpful with any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

This the most disrespectful host I have ever encountered in my whole travelling experience. I reserved the place and after almost 12 hours travelling, I got to the place with my bags and they didn’t have any room reserved for me. He send me to 2 places and that place was occupied he then told me to wait at the reception and he will find me a place. That’s was it, I called and called he never pick my calls I had to find a new place to book at that odd time

I like pretty much everything

The property is in a great location and absolutely one of the best in town. Security is on point and access to rooms are limited to residents or vacationers with access card. Highly recommended to stay here for the peace of mind
