The Signature Haven

I spent over a week at the Signature. It's very clean and the staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Its central location made traveling easier. I love the Enigma Sky Lounge on the 11th floor. The food and music were excellent. One thing that’s needs improvement is the checking in process. I had to wait for a long time to be checked in.

Wonderful stay

The property itself is fantastic, unprofessional apartment manager, upkeep of the room isn't good. Cleaning of room isn’t done regularly, clogged shower, items including sneakers got stolen,

I didn’t get to stay in the signature Haven. On the day of arrival, I was notified that I would move to Lennox and then to the Gallery apartment. I feel a customer should get what he requested or be informed of any changes days before arrival.

The unit is clean and well equipped. Safe property with many amenities, including a pharmacy and a mini market. However, there are no food options nearby (i.e., within safe walking distance). Furthermore, the free airport transfer advertised is not free, but can be arranged for a free....which was disappointing as it is misleading.

While the building's exterior is indeed impressive; sleek and modern, I was unfortunately underwhelmed by the interior. Despite the premium pricing, I found the finishing to be lacking a good taste it boosts of and the space to be cramped. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor. Due to these issues, I was disappointed with my stay and ultimately decided to relocate to another hotel. The disparity between the building's outward appearance and inward experience was striking especially the impressive facade didn’t accurately reflect the quality within

This people are not professional at you all. I booked one bed executive room with a living room and they I didn’t have the executive room ready so they took me a Studio apartment and I rejected the room because I didn’t booked a studio room, he then asked me if I wanted to go another apartment building called the Gallery, in mind I wasn’t okay going there but because I was tried I accepted the offer. Lastly, check in with this apartment is a problem. They will let you waste time like they are doing you a favor. I believe this apartment deserve to be on this platform. They suck!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the modern living in Accra. I will recommend for families going to Accra for vacation and short stays.
