The apartment was beautiful and clean had all the amenities we needed and was close enough to walk to city centre without it being on a super busy road.

Location - for us was good.

The bathrooms needed a bit of tlc No mirror above the sink. Cracked tile.

The parking instruction is not clear. House cleanliness can be further improved, there are wet towels on drying rack in both living room and kitchen. Kitchen floor all wet with dripping water.

I like the house very much, it is cozy and the facilities are adequate. The house is super clean and nice.

No proper hanging area in the bedrooms and toilets. There is no toilet mat for us to dry our foot after using the toilet which causing the room carpet became wet after each toilet use. But this is just the minor things actually. Another thing is the heater is not functioning on the second floor. We were so cold while sleeping but otherwise, tolerable

The location was amazing, the property had a parking spot which was very helpful for us. Very clean and easy to access. Walking distance from the center as well.

We couldn`t use the wifi.

The location is extremely convenient. Close to public transport shops and the major road networks as well as the town centre. Nice quiet residential area as well. Peaceful even though it's central. Overall everything was good. The host is very caring and always there for advice and responds immediately. You can tell he is very engaged and serious about his business and takes care of his customers. The mattresses on the beds were especially comfortable. Also there is a very lovely park nearby called Alexandra I think. Wonderful place for a gentle stroll. Well maintained which is rare nowadays.

The property I am sure is popular and with that comes some degree of wear and tear. Maybe a change of carpets and a paint job will go a long way in restoring it back to it's prime. Everything was presentable but a thorough TLC is needed at this point to bring out the best in the property.
