The property is really clean，everything is ok. By the way，the landlord is so nice，he will provide everything we need. I will recommend this property to my friends.

The rooms were really comfortable, check-in was easy and convenient.

No instructions for the heating, it was really cold when we arrived as the heating was turned off. It took quite a while until it got warm.

Fabulous accomodation, spacious & clean. Perfect location for walking into town centre. Plenty of parking available. We were a group of 6 and the space suited us perfectly. The bedrooms are spacious. There are 2 toilet facilities and 1 main bathroom. The kitchen is basic but has crockery, pans etc. Walking into Manchester to Flightclub takes around 25 minutes (that's leisurely). Ubers are readily available if you don't want to walk. The host was great with communication and messages. We will definitely visit again if in the area.
