Cozy, clean and comfortable accommodation in a nice location. Lovely, helpful and charming host who was swift to respond to any queries. Will definitely return if we plan another Manchester visit.

Minor comment - Bedroom doors 'rattle' when closed, so had to leave it ajar at night so not too disturb during sleep.

Located in a nice quiet area, clean house, spacious kitchen and living room, great house for a group spending a weekend in Manchester, close to city centre.

The upstairs bathroom door lock was broken but it’s a minor issue with a quick solution

Great place to stay, great location, great communication with host. Free parking is a real bonus.

We like that it felt like home from home and that there was more than one toilet and shower room.

Bedrooms are a little small especially for tall people.
