Hotel Casa Bansley

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff went out of their to make our stay nice. They drove us to and from the center of town at no charge did our laundry in just a few hours and even gave us a gift when we left. Very thoughtful staff.

En fotos el lugar se ve bonito. Estando ahí más que la vista hay otras cosas…

1) el olor fuerte a humedad. 2) te indican que tienes que dejar una tarjeta de crédito en la recepción durante la estancia en el hotel. Quien siendo inteligente dejará algún documento bancario en manos de gente desconocida? 3) el parqueo es condicional. Te indican que debes dejar la llave de tu carro y tu licencia de conducir, como por qué tienes que dejar la licencia? Ooootro documento personal más que te indican debes dejar durante la estancia. Nosotros nos opusimos y obviamente no lo dejamos. 4) te indican: desayuno incluido. Pero te dan lo que ellos quieren, sin dar opción a que elijas tu propia comida y que pagues el restante de dinero, respecto a lo que ellos quieren servirte de comer. NO VALE LA PENA COMER AHÍ. 5) El ruido en las habitaciones es excesivo, por el tránsito de vehículos afuera. Desde las 4 am no pudimos volver a dormir por el RUIDO EXCESIVO. 6) Nos dijeron a la salida que ni podíamos ir a dejar las maletas al carro porque todo lo vigilaban en las cámaras, como si fuésemos a robarnos sus toallas hediondas a humedad? 7) el personal es realmente pésimo! El único amable de todo el lugar fue el señor del parking. NUNCA RECOMENDARÍA EL LUGAR. TAMPOCO VOLVERÍA EN UN FUTURO!

Todo estuvo excelente

Breakfast was “free” but they did not tell us which meals were and which were not free so we had to change our order. They charged me $2 for a splash of milk in my coffee which felt so cheap. Then the waiter followed me back to my room to make sure I paid for it! The room was very spacious. They had an ac unit (didnt need it), lots of hair appliances (didnt need but a nice touch)

The service made us feel like they were doing us a favor - everything felt very transactional and unwelcoming. When we left we stood in the lobby for 10 minutes while they counted towels and made sure no pillows were missing - presumably? It seemed to take a very long time.. I’ve never read so many No Tocar! Signs in one place. They must have had issues with kids or grown guests touching things - but then maybe don’t leave out decorations of value. It felt punitive.

La decoracion y jardines son muy bonitos. El personal es muy amable (todos). La habitacion es muy comoda

Lo unico no tan bueno es el ruido de la calle que se escucha en la habitacion
