Great location, property had all we needed for a good stay

Property was a little tired in places but that would not stop us staying again.

Really enjoyed our stay a lovely house with comfy big beds, shower was on the small side but nice and strong. Great location very quiet and perfect for short taxi rides into Newcastle, Durham and Beamish.

The kitchen was always freezing cold luckily we didn’t really use it much, just kept the door shut. Luckily the upstairs was always nice and warm.

Super-easy check in and great communication! Excellent location - very close to Beamish, Newcastle, Durham and Gateshead, plus the local amenities in Chester-le-Street!

It was like a home from home it had everything you needed for your stay, I needn’t have brought half the stuff I did as it was all there.

There was noting we didn’t like.

The floors downstairs are about cold - so should have bought slippers!!

Perfect location for visiting local attractions. Short ten minute drive to Beamish museum which was our reason for choosing this property. Also visited the beautiful Northumberland coastline which was just over an hour’s drive & visited Dunstanburgh castle followed by a lovely meal at the Jolly Fisherman. Nighttime relaxed at the property which was nice , cosy and clean which catered for all our needs. The host was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Good location for visiting Beamish. Easy walking distance to both Aldi and restaurants. Off street parking in a quiet residential area. Well maintained home.

The space in the shower cubicle is small, but the shower itself is good.

Location, layout, secure garden for dog, family friendly. Comfortable rooms, decor. Log fire, kitchen equipment. Nice shower.

No lock on bathroom door. Keypad handles on bedrooms weren’t great for children - although we could unlock them again it was a pain. Would like clear instructions on where to put the recycling.
