The property is decent. Over all, the environment was quiet and nice. And I enjoyed my stay. The Management were responsive as well.

Everything was working but there was an ongoing renovation on the room downstairs which wasn’t completed before we came. The bedroom in the room opposite the boiler needs to be fixed or replaced. There was a leak on the roof above the stairs (I reported this to the management, hopefully they will fix it).

Very comfortable, perfect for a trip to Birmingham to visit family. Close to the train station to get to Birmingham New Street. Close to Sainsbury's. Will stay again.

Good sized, massive fridge freezer that had ice in it. Comfortable bedrooms and comfortable living areas.

Nothing really. It would be useful to have washing up liquid provided.

Had all the amenities a family would need. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were always in contact. Parking and back garden was perfect. Smart TV in livingroom.

WiFi didn't reach the upstairs bedrooms but it's only issue if you really depend on it.
