The hotel is clean, not far from the ferry. Good for one night stay. The staff also very helpful . Food is very delicious.

The toilet got a bit smelly

The location is good and strategic basically the hotel located in the middle of the town event tho the hotel entrance is at the alley. From ferry port walk to hotel only take bout 7 mins walk and once you arrived they'll give you a welcome drink

There's no one will pick you when you arrived at ferry port.

the room is dirty and the hall was extremely noisy at night - we found out that the cleaning boy (hotel staff) was watching movies in a vacant room with open door, he was walking back and forth all night with his friend, they were smashing doors constantly and their movie was very loud. We had to call the front desk to look into it and calm them down but nothing happened. My husband had to go there 3 times at 1 a.m. asking them to be quiet. Nothing helped. We got no sleep because of the cleaning boy, who works for the hotel. You pay the hotel to sleep there but because of their employees you get no sleep at all. Outrageous!!
