The property was centrally located, clean & safe. Everything was as pictured online. The view from the balcony was awesome.

El trato y las exigencias el anfitrión al hacerme esperar por más de tres horas mientras él verificaba la tarjeta de crédito de mi Helen que usamos mi familia y yo con su plataformas siempre me pido verificación de la Tarjetahabiente se les envió la verificación y a pesar de enviarles hasta los estados de cuenta y copia de pasarte y explicarles me dejaba roseando hasta por medí hora sin respuesta según el que su equipo autorizara tengo muchos años trabajando con booking de manera transparente y lícita este señor fue indolente aunque le expelía que veía de viaje cansado y aún así me seguía exigiendo documentos estados de cuenta y facturación del banco cuando todo sabemos y trabajamos con plataformas que la facturación de una tarjeta no se hace el mismo día y mucho menos en fines de semana traté de explicarle y de hacerle entender y no hubo manera de que el señor por lo menos tuviera la amabilidad de dejarme entrar a descansar una vez, él pudo verificar que la tarjeta si la verificó la tarjeta aviente, quien autorizó la compra como por años, lo hemos hecho con una tarjeta que no tiene nombre, puesto que nuestra familia la usa para viajar y pagar nuestros viajes y no tener este tipo de problemas. I chose Wynwood House, San Francisco, Panama City from all the lodging in the city for a number of reasons - based on the internet listing. Nothing disappointed and I will book with them again. 1) The room was beautifully designed. For me, this is not small consideration. I realize that I am deeply affected by good or bad aesthetic choices and I was very happy at Wynwood, SF. 2) The location and neighborhood was where I wanted to be. I wanted to stay either in San Francisco or El Cangrejo. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery markets in walking distance. 3) The balcony was excellent, and even had a view of the Pacific. 4) It was easy to communicate with the property before, during, and after my two reservations. There was one hitch getting the key code to the door of the apartment. After that was sorted, I discovered that the problem was mine. A new key code was provided via booking message, but that message started with a paragraph trying to sell me a taxi. I ignored the taxi pitch because I already had a car service booked.

I am interested in longer term rental... But, cats are not allowed in the building. Dogs are allowed - with rules and I assume with a deposit. Were cats allowed, even with a deposit that might cover damage - I would be very interested in renting longer term. I will definitely consider another short term rental at Wynwood House San Francisco, Panama City, Panama

I love the design of the property. I really liked the responsiveness of property management. They always responded to messages in a timely manner. The property is secure and safe with kind and alert security. The building is quiet with in terms of property rules, not parties, etc. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate. The wifi is excellent and reliable. All utilities wired well. The AC and fan were easy to operate. The balcony was perfect, and faced the Pacific.

I wish the longer term rental options for this property allowed a cat. They only allow dogs with a deposit and a longer lease. I could understand a higher deposit for a cat. Some cats scratch furniture (mind does not) but do not understand the double standard. As is, I would definitely rent short term without my cat, as these two reservations were. But, I am looking for a long term lease in the city. Please, reconsider your policy on a cat (with a damage deposit of course).

Busy, well-lit streets and friendly locals made evening strolls stress‑free—perfect for exploring on foot. 2. Convenient Food & Grocery Access You’re spoiled for choice! Within just a few blocks, you’ll find supermarkets, corner stores, bakeries, and markets for fresh fruits & vegetables. Several excellent cafés, taquerías, panaderías, and casual eateries are right around the corner—ideal for light bites or relaxed meals. 3. Leisurely Walk to Parque Omar A highlight: a pleasant 10-to-15-minute stroll along tree-lined streets brings you to Parque Omar. It’s great for jogging, relaxing, or enjoying local events. Having it so close really elevated the stay. 4. Chic, Comfortable Home Base The apartment itself is stylishly furnished, with modern finishes, bright windows, and a relaxed Wynwood‑inspired aesthetic. Cleanliness and thoughtful touches (like extra linens and well-stocked kitchen essentials) made it feel like a welcoming retreat. ⚠️ Things to Note Nearby Construction Noise Be aware: there’s active construction just a block or two away. During the day, you’ll hear intermittent noise from drills and vehicles. It didn’t overshadow the experience, but light sleepers might want earplugs or a white-noise app.

Bedroom was good. A/C worked. The guard at the gate outside was very helpful

The couch was too dirty to sit on . The rug was filthy and stained it needs to be replaced. I did not use the living room. I would not stay there again.

Very neat and lots of restaurants in the area. Mall is close by.
