En el anuncio se menciona el valet parking pero no está incluido. Tampoco hay posibilidad de self parking. Finalmente es caro para lo que ofrece. Es mejor un hotel.

"Very bad grease smell, no solution offered"

Very bad old grease smell coming from extractor hood. Awfull when you have to work and sleep in it. We foresaw cleaning wouldn't help but we let them give it a try. And indeed it didn't work. They wanted to come clean again next day. From the beginning we asked for another appartment, the last day and night of our 7 day stay the offered it but much to late. The cleaning team should have communicate this as soon as they smelled it so it could be resolved before new people moved in. Very tiny appartment, much smaller then in photos. Nice neighborhood. Unlike other reviews the entrance was good andneasy to locate. Just use the name of the building Living 73. No stable Internet connection.

Had difficulty when I arrived because they did not give me the code. Security had to work with me to call the office to get the proper code which took almost 30mins. Aside from that the stay was great, felt safe, property was great .

The location of the property was good. Close to restaurants, multiplaza mall. Unit was nicely arranged with convenient items - dishes, utensils, washing machine. Nice one bedroom with balcony

This was a great experience in every way. The pre-arrival confirmations and directions were on point. We were able to easily find the building and check in seamlessly. Once we arrived, the apartment was spotless and had all the necessities (cookware, towels) available. We loved the view of the city and park below us. Also, the guides are a great way to find good restaurants and start exploring. The WhatsApp communication service is a great idea! It made it very easy to get any questions answered. I am looking forward to staying at this or another Wynwood property.
