Harry Potter Sweet Suites

The room was very clean. The heated bathroom floor was awesome. The bathroom facilities were very nice and updated. The neighborhood was quaint and felt safe.

We were not expecting to have to carry our luggage up two floors. Fortunately, we are both in good health and could do it but there are probably many that would not be able to. We did not see anyone during our entire stay so there wouldn't have been any (timely) help. The room was very small, much smaller than expected. The room was too warm; thermostat set on 80 and could not figure out how to adjust it. The A/C unit was incredibly loud. Fortunately, there was a screen over the window so we could open it to regulate the temp. One window, however, did not have any blinds and the neighbor could see in when taking his dog out. Limited outlets available. There was no outlet by the sink/counter where the coffee maker was housed. We had to put the coffee maker on the floor, by the A/C unit to plug it in. The towels were really thin and there was only one per guest (two total). There was such an ordeal made in our instructions about using the black wash clothes for makeup and not getting makeup on the white towels that I really expected a high quality towel. Not so. Overall with the tone used in the instructions, we felt the expectations for us as guests were too restrictive especially since the accommodations were basic.

It was really difficult to understand instructions also didn’t really feel to safe being there when first thing I heard was yelling.

This was a really cute place to stay. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and location was easy to find. There were a few things that I found to be semi-misleading. The room is very small. It's the size of a dormroom, maybe slightly bigger since there's a bathroom attached. For two people to stay here, it was very cramped. My boyfriend and I were staying here one night after a long backpacking trip through the Olympic forest. We had a lot of things to re-pack and the space was really small to get this done. We made it work, but it was a hassle. The bed only had one side to get in from, so if you have to use the restroom in the middle of the night, you'll have to climb over your significant other to do so. The second thing that I had an issue with was getting all of our luggage up the tiny stairwall without banging into anything and fearing damage. Again, we managed to do it without a problem, but it took more effort than we had energy for. Overall, this was a really cute place to stay, we got a comfortable nights rest and checking in was hassle-free. I would stay here again, if there was a bigger room with both sides of the bed accessible.

Hard to find parking but overall good
