Enjoyed my stay, very kind and responsive

I enjoyed my stay here. Very affordable and it’s a great location with nice amenities. The owners were very helpful and were always available to answer questions. They were willing to accommodate my early check-in. The property is perfect to stay in if you’re traveling on your own (like I did). There’s also rooms available if you have more in your party.

Clean, quiet property in a walkable neighborhood! Host was very responsive and provided instructions about my stay prior to my arrival.

3 floor sucks if you are taking up luggage. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Clean room but small. Great price. But don’t expect anything other than a place to sleep. Overall good for the money.

Property not friendly for elderly or disabled. Reliance on virtual envirorment did not work because of NO guest services. The entire 3rd floor was ( maybe whole building ) without electricity for more than 12 hours because no one was available to reset a circuit breaker. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEN TO ANY ONE.

everything was great, just would like to see in the info or property details that it was on a 4th floor and didnt have elevator. we had to disharm a wheelchair.

Only stayed one night but it was a nice little place. Had to go up three flights of stairs and the walls were thin so not completely quiet. Didn't use the common areas or interact with any other guests.

We booked this place for 3 days ($508) According to what is advertised, it is not true. First off, there is no parking, it’s street parking and there was nothing available within a 4 block radius. Now keep in mind, Seattle has lots of hills and steep ones at that. So even if we found a parking spot within that 4 block radius, we would have had to pull/push our luggage up hills just to get to the place. Second, this place is not easily visible while driving. It sits behind another house and there is just a small sign 6” in the grass with a house number but it’s also usually blocked by parked cars/scooters/bikes. Eventually we found a small place to pull in just so we could try to unload our luggage without having to drag it up hills. We got an access code to enter the house and your private room. We stepped in to see where we could place our luggage while we went to find parking. As soon as you walk in you have about 20 steps to get to the main shared area. To our surprise, the place was a disgusting mess. Food, trash and dust everywhere, on the counters the floors. Now we understand it’s advertised as a shared place where you rent a room/bathroom but again to our surprise, there were people sleeping on the community couch. After seeing all this, we immediately left the property and had to go find somewhere acceptable to stay which ended up being 40 mins away. Tried to call the owners to discuss this and they were rude and hung up on us. DON’T GO HERE!!

It was convenient for us as only one available on our date.

Room was very small. Unable to open closet to hang clothes as it was too close to bed, to open sufficiently . Stairs ..a pain as you haul up your suitcase . Too steep ! A lift would make things so much enjoyable. Blind in room malfunctioning. Plus not dark enough to get a good night's sleep. No where to place suitcases to allow you to open them to unpack. Only place was to put them on the bed . Very noisy . You can hear everything from adjoining rooms !!! Would not recommend this accommodation to travelers. May be OK for overnight.
