Great property, very clean, and the owner communicated well.

Was easy to get into the city and back. Loved the fast response if there was anything needed. Thank you for the great stay.

There was an accidental double booking in my stay, but Vince was able to accommodate me at another location not far from the original location. The accommodation was just as the pictures he sent. He was very responsive and friendly. Property was clean and quiet as well. I would book another stay.

There was no privacy in our suite. The blind did not close all the way and one window didn’t even have any blinds at all. The whole neighborhood was capable of looking into our suite, I couldn’t even change in the comfort of my own suite. I had to go to the bathroom or closet.

The room is one of several in a small townhouse-esque building tucked in the hills of Seattle. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-decorated. There are some pieces of Harry Potter paraphernalia, but it's not excessively themed. The room is very accurately depicted in the photos; on the smaller side, but has everything you need and with a private bath and a view. The owner is courteous, friendly, and responded quickly, and the check in and check out were automated and smooth! There are keypad codes for the house and the room, and I felt very secure in the home. The neighbourhood is very cute and secluded, and overall felt extremely safe. It is not very walkable in terms of nearby amenities, but really where in the Seattle suburbs is it walkable? Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this house. It was cute, very affordable, clean, and safe. 10/10!

Absolutely loved staying here. I accidentally booked the wrong dates at first and the owner was very negotiable. place was super clean and very cute. Also, right next to a bus stop. Very quiet at night. Will be staying here again!!

Good bed and AC. Common area is fine. Small kitchenette in your room. Very walkable and near public transportation. If you rented a car. The street parking is tight so if you get back past 8pm, you might be walking up or down hill a few minutes before getting to the building.

The location was very close to the Space Needle, with beautiful surrounding views. The property was straightforward to access and I enjoyed not having to be responsible for any keys. Would book again!

I do not have many dislikes about the property. Parking can be slightly difficult, but it was free. May be nice to have instructions sent on how to use the heat/cooling system.
