I really love the location and the comfort. It was just the right size for me and my spouse.

The bathroom was nice. The kitchen on the first floor looked really nice but we were unable to use it,due to the flights of stairs. We didn't have a chair in our room, so we had to try and sit on the very high bed to watch TV.

No breakfast!! No lift! Located in a very hilly position. No good for people with mobility or breathing issues

The location was very convenient. The owner was great at communicating. Everything was clean and just as described. It was nice to have a washer, dryer, and kitchen. (Make sure you take the 4 bus which drops off right outside otherwise you have to climb 200 steps on the other bus.)

I really liked the room clean and the facilitis disponibile in the house were very modern… the location was excellent—close to tourist attractions and with easy access to public transportation.

What I didn't like was that the accommodation has a lot of stairs to reach the room. In my case—being on the 3rd floor, elderly, and suffering from leg pain—I had to climb three flights of stairs to get to my room.

I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable overall. The bed and shower felt quite luxurious, and the internet was fast and reliable. The property is in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located right on public transit, making it easy to get around Seattle. My room included a small fridge and microwave, and there’s also a shared kitchen and living room area. The owner was very kind and responsive whenever I had a question.

A couple of things to be aware of: the room is quite small (cozy and well-designed, but compact), and there isn’t seating other than the bed. The TV is mounted in a position that’s a bit awkward to watch from the bed, so I ended up using my laptop instead. There is also an espresso machine in the room, but it seemed a bit complicated to use, and there didn’t seem to be a convenient power outlet for it on the counter. For me these were very minor issues as a clean, safe and comfy place to stay was my priority. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would consider staying again, especially for the value.

I didn't know the room we booked was on the top floor and we had full sized luggage!
