Room was all we needed to visit friends in the neighborhood. Able to walk to restaurants and coffee. Fantastic views of downtown & space needle from our top floor room. Three story walk up. Queen Anne area is great and on street parking was not difficult to find.

The location in Queen Anne is perfect - everything is a walking distance away. The view from the room is magnificent - I could see the city skyline and the space needle! All in all, it was a great stay. Vince was an excellent communicator and always checked in with me, which was nice to have. Would do it again!

Booked this place very last minute. The place was great and everything was within walking distance (lots of hills and stairs so be ready!). Only had to take one train and a bus to get here from the airport. The area is very hilly so having the bus stop right outside the place was amazing. We are somewhat fit people and we were able to walk to the space needle, market, and beach since its all down hill. I would recommend taking a bus or uber back up. Noise wasn't an issue as we had the AC on most of the time so we didn't hear anything. Our only issue was that the shower drain wasn't draining fast enough and was causing some flooding, but that's something that could be fixed. Overall, would recommend for the price and location.
