This was my second stay within a two weeks time span. The room had wet carpet next to the bed. It appears as if there is a leak somewhere. The wetness remained throughout of stay. Our last room had a VERY SLOW draining shower (20 - 30 minutes before it would empty). The hotel food was good. There are a lot of neighborhood restaurants nearby. I felt safe in the hotel and community.

Perfect location, 24 hour casino

I had a 4 nights stay and it was conveniently close to what we needed to do. Kevin and Laura @ the reception were great. The housekeeper on floor 11th was nice and hard working. Wonderful customer service. At the restaurant the morning buffet was delicious however the staff needs more training in customer service. No eye contact with customers, no attention to details like bringing water or asking if we need anything. We had to get our own water, coffee, juice etc Other than that was a wonderful experience.

The stay was average. We Would’ve appreciated a microwave and the pillows were not comfortable. We also would have appreciated more toilet paper and air fresheners for the bathroom. On two occasions the breakfast dishes had left over food residue. There wasn’t enough breakfast options especially for non meat eaters or those with allergic reactions. The staff however were outstanding. We appreciated the staff, great customer service. Our problems were all facilitily related. The current maintenance work too early in the morning could have been conducted later in the day .We do thank Waymore for a decent experiment. Gracias.
