"Hotel neuf, bien entretenu. Un accueil exemplaire."

Très bien situé (4 min à pied du visitor center), l’hôtel est très récent et bien équipé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et excellent. Mention spéciale à Bilal et Ihad qui nous ont merveilleusement bien accueillis, les conseils donnés et la gentillesse dont ils ont fait preuve lors de notre court séjour ont été des plus appréciable. Un superbe accueil par une excellente équipe.

Hotel moderno, stanza comoda. Roof restaurant per la cena a buffet abbastanza buono e con vista sul tramonto. Si affaccia praticamente sul Visitor Centre di Petra. Staff molto disponibile.

"Fantástico hotel"

Todo, lo primero destacar al chico de recepción Issa porque nos hizo la estancia súper agradable, llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y pudimos meter el coche en el parking hacer uso de los baños y nos explico todo, es encantador La ubicación es estupenda, está a 2 minutos andando del centro de visitantes Tiene piscina en otro hotel, pero no hicimos uso de ella porque no tuvimos tiempo El desayuno fantástico, hay de todo tanto comida árabe como continental, es tipo buffet Y las instalaciones súper limpias, las camas comodisimas

I booked petra icon hotel but they moved my reservation to their sister company which is PETRA MOON HOTEL. And it was worth to stay. The staff are welcoming from the security till the reception , even if they don’t offer me a welcoming drink. Thanks to Soufian from the reception for showing his affable manner. And if i have a chance to come back in petra definitely Petra Moon Hotel is definitely a top choice.
