The staff was excellent. Friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great, short walk to the entrance of Petra and Wada Musa.

A couple of mechanicals need attention.

Pretty good location to Petra visitor center and bus station. Helpful and very nice staff member Ihab at the front desk.

Basic hotel for the 3 stars and the cost. I had an early departure and requested a to-go breakfast which was not good.

Tout. L'hôtel est hyper bien placé, il y a un parking gratuit en sous sol. Le petit déjeuner est en buffet, très varié, et bon. Le personnel est accueillant et aidant. Franchement tout est parfait. Attention : l'accès à la piscine et au rooftop de l'hôtel d'à côté est devenu payant. 15 jod/pers. Comme nous n'étions pas au courant du changement, ils nous ont offert 1 accès sur nos 3 nuits, ce qui a été super sympa. Mais attention si vous réservez avec cette idée en tête ☺️
