Great stay!!

This place is absolutely amazing. The unit is gorgeous and spotless. The location is quiet. The place we stayed at was well stocked and the one thing we needed they didn’t have, was brought to us within an hour. This is a great spot for family to relax and have a quiet time but still get to the hot spots in the area. I already recommended the place to 3 families and we just left today!!

Very clean. Looked newly remodeled Easy self check in & easy check out The resort had kayaks, fire pit, free laundry, & privacy Had a question, emailed the manager & received an immediate response My villa was clean. The mattresses were comfortable

My husband and I and our dog stayed four nights. This place was well appointed, in a great location by the water with a fantastic view. Plus it couldn’t be a better set up to access the water for our kayak. But with all these good points my husband and I will not be staying here again. This room SHARED an air conditioner with the room next door, to which they had full control. No control for air conditioning in this unit (#10). BEWARE this room is at the mercy of the room next door! Windows did not open, but even if they did, there were no screens to keep insects out. I ask the neighbors if they would be kind enough to turn the AC on but they did not want to because it was too loud. I messaged management multiple time over the course of our stay and all I was told was that they would send a tech to adjust it. What? Send a tech to make the neighbors turn on the air? Well they didn’t. We were without air for 3 days! This unit gets the dun all day! Hot snd stuffy! New neighbors came in our last night there. The air was turned on which felt great! Unfortunately though, our new neighbors liked their marijuana. All night the stench of their skunk weed wafted into our room via the air conditioning duct. Ruined what would have been a good nights sleep. Couldn’t wait to get out of there the next morning. After expressing our dissatisfaction, management never even offered to make our stay more comfortable or compensate us.

The location was absolutely amazing...right on the water, the views were stunning...sunrise, sunset... beautiful! Very cute, updated villa! The only negative we would mention is the sharing of A/C with the unit next to us. We could not control the temperature on our side and it did get quite stuffy and uncomfortable in there. Thankfully there is a ceiling fan and a stand/oscillating fan in the bedroom, so that helped some. We would definitely stay in that particular unit/villa again if we are back in the area again! (Villa #10, Under the Umbrellas)
