Over all the property is good. Perfect location with a beautiful patio over looking the banana river. Short walking distance to the beach. Our unit was rather run down and the bathroom/septic system was very smelly. The mattresses were also a little “old” and very soft.

Great location, nice apartment suites, well designed. Couch extremely uncomfortable as a bed. Stingy with supplies like TP and no coffee maker. Annoying to be expected to take out trash and do dishes.

Says fridge but it was just mini fridge, we had cooler so we were fine;)
