Le personnel a été particulièrement attentif à notre confort. Ayant oublié un téléphone dans l'établissement, Nather a tout fait pour me l'apporter à Amman ! Un grand merci à lui encore. La proximité avec le site archéologique de jerash est très pratique. Des places de parking disponibles devant l'établissement sont très utiles. Le café au dernier étage est très confortable.

Le personnel a été avisé pour une problématique d'eau froide dans la douche, qui sera sans aucun doute résolu très vite.

"Skvělé místo s úžasným výhledem na starověký Džaraš a milým personálem."

Naprosto úžasný pobyt! Hotel má fantastickou polohu – přímo naproti starověkému římskému městu v Džaraši, s dechberoucím výhledem z terasy na jeho pozůstatky. Pokoj byl perfektně čistý a útulný, a personál byl neuvěřitelně milý, vstřícný a vždy připravený pomoci. Celé místo má jedinečnou atmosféru, která skvěle propojuje pohodlí s kouzlem historie. Rozhodně doporučuji všem – byl to nezapomenutelný zážitek! Doporučuji také ochutnat jejich zmrzlinu „Arabia“, pokud je k dispozici, až budete na návštěvě :) Moc mi chutnala!

Сотрудники были доброжелательны, помогли поднять велосипед в номер. Идеальное местоположение, рядом кафе и пекарни.

В номере было очень пыльно, я сам её протирал, не было стульев, отсутствует шумоизоляция. Наверху ресторан в котором до часу ночи смотрели футбол на максимальной громкости, хорошо что у меня всегда с собой беруши. Над номером находился туалет и я каждый раз слышал как смывали воду и всё остальное. Ужасный запах тухлыми яйцами из раковины. Кроме того, номер включал завтрак, но он так и не был предоставлен. Этот отель стоит выбирать, только чтобы получить крышу над головой, не рассчитывайте на большее за такую цену, но мои ожидания полностью оправдались.
