Dream House Hotel Jerash

My stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel is extremely clean and well-organized, and it smells wonderful — so fresh and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Everything is neat, and their attention to detail is impressive. Honestly, one of the cleanest and most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again, and I highly recommend it! ❤️

It is reasonably close to the Jerash ruins, about a 15-20min walk, but you can shorten the walk if you enter via the visitor information centre/museum entrance half way. The cafe on the roof top is excellent, with stunning views, and good coffee and icecream, as well as Shisha if you are so inclined. Due to the location there are some fantastic and reasonably priced restaurants right over the road (I highly recommend both Abu Ahmed's Restaurant and Jerash Mill Restaurant). No breakfast is served but there is a bakery a few doors down that sell fresh manakish for a out 0.250JOD ea. The staff are great and the views make up for some of the short comings.

The hotel was not clean. The floor was dirty and we found socks in the couch left by a previous guest . The curtains do not cover the entire window in one room and in the other they were broken, the street below is very loud and there are lots of lights so it is hard to get a good night sleep. It is only a two star hotel, so you get what you expect.

The reception was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the café is just wonderful. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience, and I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here. من البداية، هذا الفندق كان كابوساً. موظف الاستقبال نفسه كان غير محترف تماماً وغير مريح في التعامل. صعد معنا في المصعد الضيق دون أي احترام لخصوصيتنا كعائلة، وعند فتح الغرفة وجدنا فوراً صرصاراً على الأرض أمامه مباشرة. بدا محرجاً لكنه لا يغير حقيقة أن الغرفة كانت قذرة جداً. الأسوأ كان تصرفه غير الأمين: طلب 35 دينار بينما سعر بوكنج كان أقل، ثم عرض 30 دينار إذا حجزت مباشرة. عندما رفضت، أخذ هاتفي “للتأكد من السعر” وقام سريعاً بحجز عبر بوكنج دون إذني أو مراجعتي. لاحقاً رفض إلغاء الحجز وهددني بالغرامة قبل أن يوافق بعد ضغط مني. هذا التصرف مخزٍ، غير أمين، وغير مقبول إطلاقاً. الفندق قذر، وموظف الاستقبال متلاعب وغير جدير بالثقة، والمكان كله غير آمن وغير مريح. أرجو من بوكنج مراجعة تعليقات النزلاء الآخرين وصورهم، فهي تؤكد نفس التجربة السيئة From the very beginning, this hotel was a nightmare. The receptionist himself was completely unprofessional and uncomfortable to deal with. He rode with us in the narrow elevator with no respect for our privacy as a family, and when we opened the room, we immediately found a cockroach on the floor right in front of him. He seemed embarrassed, but that doesn’t change the fact that the room was extremely dirty. The worst part was his dishonest behavior: he asked for 35 dinars while the Booking.com price was lower, then offered 30 dinars if I booked directly. When I refused, he took my phone “to check the price” and quickly booked through Booking.com without my permission or review. Later, he refused to cancel the reservation and threatened me with a penalty before finally agreeing under my pressure. This behavior is shameful, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. The hotel is filthy, and the receptionist is manipulative and untrustworthy. The whole place is unsafe and uncomfortable. I urge Booking.com to review other guests’ comments and photos, as they confirm the same terrible experience.

اعجبني جداً أولاً موقع الفندق الذي يتوسط مدينة جرش الأثرية ومدينة جرش الحديثة وأعجبتني اطلالته الرائعة والمباشرة على اثار جرش التي تبعد فقط امتار عن الفندق وايظاً قريب جداً من معظم المطاعم وكان فندق نضيف جداً ومريح وهادء ،، وفي الطوابق العلوية يتواجد كافي شوب زيتونه باطلالته الجميلة ومشروباته الطيبة وافطاره اللذيذ ،، اما موظفين الفندق جميعاً كانوا متعاونون وبشوشين واخص السيد علاء والانسة الاء ونذير وخالد جميعهم كانون على قدر عالي من المسؤلية … شكراً لكم وسوف اعود واكرر الزيارة لاحقاً V první řadě se mi moc líbila poloha hotelu, který se nachází uprostřed starobylého a moderního města Džeraš. Líbil se mi nádherný a přímý výhled na ruiny Džeraše, které jsou od hotelu vzdálené jen pár metrů. Je také velmi blízko většiny restaurací. Hotel byl velmi čistý, pohodlný a tichý. V horních patrech se nachází kavárna Zaytouna s krásným výhledem, lahodnými nápoji a lahodnou snídaní. Všichni zaměstnanci hotelu byli ochotní a veselí, zejména pan Alaa, paní Alaa, Nather a Khaled. Všichni měli vysokou míru zodpovědnosti. Děkuji a určitě se vrátím a návštěvu si později zopakuji
