Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel San Felipe fue muy positiva, especialmente gracias a Alejandra, la recepcionista. Desde el primer momento destacó por su gran profesionalidad, amabilidad y disposición para ayudarnos en todo. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos algunas dificultades y necesidades particulares, y Alejandra siempre hizo todo lo posible para resolver cada situación con paciencia, eficiencia y una actitud realmente humana y cordial. Personas como ella marcan la diferencia y hacen que los huéspedes se sientan bienvenidos y cuidados. Muchísimas gracias por toda la ayuda y atención recibida. Sin duda, un punto muy fuerte del hotel.
