"No era lo que esperábamos"

El personal fue amable.

Cuando llegamos no había pieza para nosotros, luego nos dijeron que el desayuno que aquí mencionan ya no lo daban, ahora lo vendían y por último que la piscina no funcionaba porque estaba en mantencion. Ninguna de esas cosas fueron avisadas en nuestra comunicación previa vía wsp. Tuvimos que cancelar la reserva estando allá mismo :(.
