Very dirty environment and unkempt space. I had to relocate after first night because of bedbug bites. No efforts from hostel to refund my balance even after making complaints.

A volunteer would go out at night, and while getting ready, she would turn the light on and play music...at like midnight in the room. When she came back at 4am, she turned the lights on to get ready for bed. Also, the bathroom has 4 locking shower stalls; however, the main bathroom door that accesses those stalls and the toilet stalls also has a lock. Many times people (usually volunteers) locked the main bathroom door, intentionally, so they could be alone, blocking everyone else from using the toilets or other showers.
